Movie Review–The Bourne Ultimatum

December 12, 2007

I can honestly say that the Bourne movies have to be my favorites. I absolutely love them. I love the story line, the action, and the cleanliness of all three movies. The Bourne Ultimatum hit video stores this past Tuesday, and I saw it asap.

I will not give the movie away, but I will try to spark your interest. Jason Bourne has been a government assasin in the first two movies on the Treadstone project. He has killed several other assasins that were assigned to kill him. In the third movie, Bourne wants to trace back to the beginning of his government job. He is now a part of the new “Treadstone” called Blackbrier. He is mistakenly detected by the CIA while attempting to talk to a reporter. That puts the CIA on his case again. Bourne seeks to find answers to his past while being chased by killers and CIA agents. He gets some help from an unlikely source along the way.

This is a great movie. In my opinion, this is the best one of the three. The chase was amazing. Go buy it today. The collector’s edition 3-pack is available at Blockbuster.

I agree with you Josh! The Bourne movies are great. I really like this third one as well. And who knows….maybe there will be a 4th. Wonder what that one would be called?

I love the movies as well, but they are nowhere near the book. Yep I said it. But if they were like the book, we would be watching a 10 hour Bourne movie instead of a 2 hour. Oh well… Hollywood is awesome, they are just fantastic… weeeeee…. I believe everything they sell…… weeeeeeee!
    LOL

Yeah, Josh I have never seen this one or the other two. I don’t like movies that are so far fetched they could never work. I like movies that could happen or do happen every day. I’ll tell you a movie like that that you have to review… Robo Cop. Now that’s reality.

I think Adam’s favorite movie the “The Notebook” LOL

I am looking forward to seeing the new Bourne movie. I was disapointed with the newest installment of the Ocean’s movies and was hoping the newest Bourne wouldn’t let me down!
I just gotta talk Mamma into renting it now.

I also agree they are clean and not ruined with a bunch of perversion.

Adam cried when he watched the Notebook. He loves that Ryan Gosling guy!
